In an effort to pair down my makeup bag, I’ve been on a hunt for products that work overtime on both my lips and cheeks. Sounds simple enough, but it’s harder than you’d expect to find a product that looks flattering enough to give me a warm glow, but still give good gloss on my lips. After much experimenting, I finally found a winner from makeup artist extraordinaire Julie Hewett. Her Cheekie Cheek & Lip Shine is super natural-looking, but amps up my just-worked-out flush without overdoing the color. And it amazingly feels moist on my lips but doesn’t feel slick on my cheeks. I’ve only used the product for a couple of weeks, but I’m already looking forward to a long-term relationship ahead.
