Kelly Ripa’s workout, delivered.

Have you seen Kelly Ripa’s body lately? The mom of three (three!) looks unbelievable and makes no secret about her workout regime at New York’s Physique 57. The technique focuses on building long, lean muscles by using your own body weight and fatiguing each muscle group, then stretching them to promote that desired sleek look. If Kelly’s own physique is a testament to the practice, how can it not be a great workout?

The classes aren’t cheap at $TK a pop, and up until now, have been unaccessible to anyone living outside of New York. I just learned that the geniuses behind this regime have launched a series of DVDs, designed to deliver their same killer workouts to your home. With three different workouts available for $25 each, you’ll be saving a bundle without compromising your fitness.

The DVDs, along with more information on the practice, is all available here. Look out Kelly – you’re about to get major competition on that body of yours…

51WenuI4etL._AA260_Every now and then I get the urge to spruce up my bedroom with just a little something new. This feeling has lasted for years until I came across this awesome chair from Target. Perfect to nestle in an empty corner, it’s going to be a great spot to curl up with a cup of tea and a book during the winter, but I can already see my floors looking a little less cluttered now that I have a place to discard all my clothes when I’m in no mood to put things away.

Priced just under $170, I’m willing to cough up the dough, knowing it’s versatile enough to look good in any room, should I get tired of it in my bedroom. So chic, no?

Daily Diamond: Kinerase Under Eye Rescue

August 10th, 2009 by Catherine

P116602_heroIt was around the age of 16 that I first started to panic about aging. I know, I know – ridiculous. But there was so much hype around aging and I wanted absolutely nothing to do with it, so I began to secretly use some of my mom’s eye cream, just to hedge my bets. By the time I entered college, I was hooked to pieces on the promises of eye creams and had a drawer full of them, just in case a wrinkle ever dug its way onto my face.

I remain committed to my eye cream regimen, but have cleared out my drawer and narrowed down the competition to a single gem from Kinerase. The brand’s Under Eye Rescue is a one, two punch of wrinkle protection and hydration, without leaving your skin feeling greasy or heavy. Rich in kinetins (fancy talk for plant growth hormone), the light cream soaks up immediately, leaving skin less puffy and brighter.

At $62, the cream may seem a little high in price, but mark my words – the tube will last forever (I’m going on a year without having to buy another, and that’s with everyday use) and does everything it promises to do. This of it as an S.O.S. for your skin.
